Start with the real time window
Enter the time you have and use the outline as a starting point. Include preparation, setup, breaks, review and packing away in your actual plan. The result is an illustrative allocation of minutes, not a personalized exercise prescription or assessment of readiness.
Give the outline its purpose
Add one main skill task and a cue you can understand. After the session, record what actually happened and what you want to repeat. Change the outline when the activity, people or conditions require it.
